My group classes consist of making three or four whole food, plant based recipes. They are for anyone who is interested in learning about leading a healthy plant based lifestyle, and to help you incorporate these recipes into your daily life at home. They will be very hands on, so be prepared to get stuck in! Classes will end with the students all eating their creations together in a relaxed environment, where they can ask me more questions and take whatever food is left over home with them. I will also provide digital recipe cards to students after the class.

My private classes are run from my home on the pearl and are limited to a maximum of 2 persons per class. These classes will be tailor made to the clients needs, and cost 300 riyals per person for 2.5 hours. You will learn how to make 2/3 different dishes and you can take home the food that was made during the class. I will also provide you with hand outs such as the recipes used during the class and information about the ingredients and benefits etc.
